    Vous devez vous présenter à l'aéroport 90 minutes avant l'heure de départ prévue pour procéder à votre enregistrement et passer les contrôles de sécurité. Les procédures sont ainsi bien plus rapides que celles des grands aéroports.

    TSA PreCheck

    Bien que l'aéroport ITH ne soit pas doté du service complet TSA PreCheck, les passagers TSA PreCheck au départ d'ITH y bénéficieront tout de même de certains des avantages du service. Vous pouvez ainsi garder vos chaussures et votre veste légère.

    Objets interdits

    De nombreux voyageurs n'ont pas conscience de ce qui est autorisé ou non à bord d’un avion. Vous aurez également la possibilité de voir quels objets sont interdits dans vos bagages cabine au comptoir d'enregistrement de votre compagnie aérienne. Si ces objets sont détectés lors de l'enregistrement, vous aurez la possibilité de les placer dans vos bagages en soute. Une fois vos bagages enregistrés, vous n'y aurez plus accès. Pour obtenir une liste complète et actualisée des objets interdits, veuillez cliquer sur le lien en bas de cette page. Les objets illicites, contrairement aux objets interdits, seront confisqués et le passager pourra faire l'objet d'une arrestation.

    Si vous découvrez que l'un de vos objets est interdit en arrivant au point de contrôle, vous aurez la possibilité de le déposer dans votre véhicule, si le temps vous le permet. Vous ne pourrez pas récupérer vos bagages enregistrés pour l'y déposer. Si vous n'avez pas de véhicule, vous pourrez acheter une enveloppe matelassée et l'affranchir à la boutique de l'aéroport pour renvoyer l'objet à votre adresse. Ce service ne sera disponible que pour des objets assez petits. Il vous sera demandé de renoncer volontairement aux objets interdits qui ne peuvent pas être expédiés par la poste. Si vous ne renoncez pas volontairement à ces objets, vous ne serez pas autorisé(e) à embarquer.

    Parking

    Les réglementations fédérales interdisent le stationnement des véhicules sans surveillance le long du trottoir.  Vous pouvez y stationner votre véhicule le temps de déposer ou de prendre des passagers, mais vous ne pouvez en aucun cas laisser votre véhicule sans surveillance, ne serait-ce qu'une seconde. Notre service de conciergerie est gratuit. N'hésitez pas y faire appel pour toute demande d'assistance.

    Conscients des inconvénients que cela peut engendrer, nous vous offrons la première demi-heure de stationnement dans nos parkings publics, à seulement quelques pas de l'aéroport. De plus, nous mettons gratuitement à votre disposition des chariots à bagages que nous nous efforcerons de maintenir en nombre suffisant dans les parkings publics, à l'entrée principale et dans les zones de retrait des bagages.

ITH was one of the first airports in the country to provide terminal-wide wireless access to the Internet for its customers. The program, which has been in effect since December 2003, has been operated by Ithaca-based Clarity Connect.

    If you believe you may have lost something during your travels through our airport, contact tfish@tompkins-co.org. In order to process your inquiry faster, include a detailed description of the item, and a date and time when you may have lost it. They will be able to provide guidance and help connect you with any available resources.

    We understand that losing something during travel can be frustrating, and we are committed to doing what we can to assist in the process of locating lost items.
