AIRPORT CONCESSIONS DISADVANTAGE BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (ACDBE) TRIENNIAL GOALS
Fiscal years 2020, 2021 and 2022
Tompkins County hereby announces its proposed Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal for Car Rental and Non-Car Rental Concessions at Ithaca Tompkins International Airport. The proposed goals pertains to federal fiscal years 2020 through 2022.
We have calculated the following goals for concessions:
Car Rentals: 1.10% participation based on purchase of goods and services
Non-Car Rental Concessions: 1.80% participation based on gross revenue
