Lost and Found
At Ithaca Tompkins International Airport, we understand that losing something during travel can be a frustrating experience. We do our best to assist passengers in locating and retrieving lost items whenever possible.
If you believe you may have lost something during your travels through our airport, contact tfish@tompkins-co.org. In order to process your inquiry faster, include a detailed description of the item, and a date and time when you may have lost it. They will be able to provide guidance and help connect you with any available resources.
We understand that losing something during travel can be frustrating, and we are committed to doing what we can to assist in the process of locating lost items.
If baggage, or specific item was lost on a flight or in a rental car, please contact the appropriate airline or rental car agency listed on our Airport Ground Transportation page.

If you left the item on a plane: Contact the airline.
If you left the item in the airport terminal (restroom, gate area, cafe): Contact the airport.
If you left the item in a rental car: Contact the rental car company.
If you left an item at a security checkpoint: Contact TSA.
