A member of the operations crew for six years, Wayne Stuttle specializes in fabrication and welding. Although he is a member of the operations crew, he runs his own small business on the side, focusing on welding, fabrication, and construction for farming equipment. Before joining the Ithaca Airport crew, he worked as a volunteer firefighter in Scipio, NY, and for a concrete pumping company.  He enjoys the firefighting aspect of the operations crew, working with them as if they were part of his family.

Wayne enjoys hunting deer and turkey in his spare time, usually using a bow and arrow. He considers himself a relaxed person, and enjoys hanging out with his friends. Though he does not normally like flying, he enjoyed going to Los Angeles with his wife for their honeymoon.
