Outstanding Customer Service in Ithaca
A recent e-mail from a very appreciative US Airways traveler led to the award and recognition of Michele Blanchard, a US Airways Customer Service Agent in Ithaca. Michele’s exceptional personalized service went well beyond what any traveler might come to expect. For that reason, US Airways and the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport are proud to announce our appreciation for her and the fine work she does every day.
Michele has been with US Airways since May 2002 and prior to that she worked in the travel industry as a travel agent. She juggles being a mom and wife with her career and travels from Watkins Glen each day for work.
