Customer Service with a Smile
US Airways Customer Service Supervisor Rachael Stout, was recently nominated and awarded airport employee of the month for outstanding customer service. Rachael has worked for US Airways in Ithaca for over seven years. During that time, she has worked through the many hardships the aviation industry has seen, as pointed out by US Airways Station Manager Bill Rocco, who nominated her. He went on to say that “through it all she has kept a positive attitude and a constant smile on her face. Our customers are always reminding me of the exceptional customer service she provides to them.” We are proud to have Rachael working as part of Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport team.
