Midwest ATC Service, Inc., which provides Air Traffic Control services at the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport, has recently promoted Randy Walls to the position of Eastern Terminal Service Area, Area 1 Manager. Randy moves to the main office in Overland Park, Kansas from his position as Ithaca’s Air Traffic Manager. Doug Lewis, long time Ithaca Air Traffic Controller and 2005 Controller of the Year for his company, is promoted to Ithaca’s new Air Traffic Manager. The excellent air traffic service we have will be complimented by the arrival of new controller Nicholas Hartmann.  We welcome Nick to our airport community and congratulate our partners on their recent promotions.
