Airport Administration
The Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport (ITH) has been operated since 1956 by Tompkins County and is a division of the Department of Public Works.

The airport administration offices are located separately from the passenger terminal, at 72 Brown Road, Ithaca NY 14850. You can reach the Administration office at (607) 257-0456 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Airport Manager is Robert Nicholas, A.A.E. Tony Rudy, A.A.E. is the Assistant Airport Manager. Roxan Noble is the Administrative Coordinator.
Airport Operations
The Airport is staffed with County Personnel during air carrier operations, seven days a week. Their duties include aircraft rescue and fire fighting, airport operations and safety, airport maintenance and site security. Airport Operations personnel can be reached at (607) 257-0456.
Airport Ambassadors
Providing stellar customer service is our primary objective. As part of this effort, the airport has contracted with Fairweather Enterprises to provide customer service agents, or Airport Ambassadors. The Ambassadors provide assistance and guidance to passengers arriving and departing the airport as well as site security. They can be found in the passenger terminal and are identifiable by a blue shirt and blue jacket. An Airport Ambassador or Concierge for Customer Service and Safety, will greet you upon your arrival to our airport. Please ask them to assist you.
